Your Services and Courses
Your Level 1, 2, and 3 Services and Programs
Prices: Prices are per person. Prices listed are in effect at time of printing and are subject to change without notice.
Registration: Registration for any program, course, or service may be done via phone, internet, fax, or mail. No registrations will be accepted without appropriate accompanying payment provided at time of registration. Registration made via phone, internet, fax, or mail is binding and will be effective on the date of said phone, internet, fax, or mail receipt. Mindworks Corporation (Boards Boot Camp) reserves the right to deny any registration.
Deposits: Program registration requires payment in full at time of registration. No materials or online services will be provided until payment is made in full.
Substitutions: Should you find that you will have to have someone substitute for you for the entire course or service you purchased, your request for such a substitution and notification of who will substitute for you and for what course or service must be received in writing. Within 10 business days of receipt by Mindworks Corporation of that written notice, that person you designate will be the officially registered student for that service or course and you will no longer be registered. A $50 fee is required to process the substitution request. No substitution requests will be entertained for online services already used in whole or part. No additional materials will be provided to the substitute student; it will be assumed that they will use the materials, if any, provided to the original student. Mindworks Corporation reserves the right to deny any substitution request.
Attendance and Use of Services: Only persons registered for a particular Boards Boot Camp course or registered for a particular Boards Boot Camp service may attend that specific course for which they are registered or use that specific service for which they are registered. Attendance of lecture by unregistered persons is strictly forbidden. Use of services by persons other than those registered for that particular service or use of accounts not specifically registered in the user's name is not permissible and may result in termination of your enrollment and/or legal action. Using someone else’s account may also result in termination of that person’s enrollment and/or legal action.
Cancellation Policy: Individuals who wish to terminate their registration must do so by following and abiding by the cancellation policies noted herein. To cancel, your notice of cancellation must be received in writing by Mindworks Corporation. It may be sent to Mindworks Corporation, PO Box 310, Revere, PA 18953, or it may be emailed to support@boardsbootcamp.com. It will be effective on the date of receipt and will be binding and irrevocable. Any transfers to different services or courses or programs from the original registered program or service will be deemed a cancellation of the original registration, and the applicable charges will be applied. Cancellation charges, per person, are based upon the effective date of cancellation and are stated below. Programs purchased more than 21 days from date of requested cancellation are NON-REFUNDABLE.
PROGRAM CANCELLATIONS:
For Ultra Program or Independent Study Program:
Notice Received Before: Cancellation Charges per person
· Any materials are sent and before any online accounts are established $75
· Any materials are sent and before any established online accounts are used in whole or part $150
· 21 days have elapsed from program registration $200 + all fees as described below
There will be no refund for materials and/or services already provided. The cost of those materials and/or services, in addition to the cancellation charge, will be deducted from the refund. Any services used in whole or part will be construed as used in total.
Access to the online study plan will be billed at a rate of $100 per login attempt, regardless of what was and was not used. Pre- and Post-Course Diagnostic Exams that have been used in whole or part will be billed at a rate of $129 each, and QuestionQuest used in whole or part will be billed at a rate of $155, BBC Online Practice Questions used in whole or part will be billed at a rate of $75, any other online service or assignment, other than those noted herein, will be billed at a rate of $15 PER item for which access was gained or attempted.. Books and other hard-copy program materials already sent are non-returnable and non-refundable, and will be billed at a rate of $450. Online videos will be billed at $25 for each individual video for which electronic access was gained or attempted.
For Elite Program:

In addition, there will be no refund for materials and/or services already provided. The cost of those materials and/or services, in addition to the cancellation charge, will be deducted from the refund. Any services used in whole or part will be construed as used in total.
Pre- and Post-Course Diagnostic Exams that have been used in whole or part will be billed at a rate of $129 each, and QuestionQuest used in whole or part will be billed at a rate of $155, BBC Online Practice Questions used in whole or part will be billed at a rate of $75, any other online service or assignment, other than those noted herein, will be billed at a rate of $15 PER item for which access was gained or attempted.. Books and other hard-copy program materials already sent are non-returnable and non-refundable, and will be billed at a rate of $450. Online videos will be billed at $25 for each individual video for which electronic access was gained or attempted.
SERVICES CANCELLATIONS:

SPECIAL CANCELLATIONS:
For future season programs purchased and paid for in full up to 4.5 months in advance of the season start date via an EARLYBIRD discount code or a PRE-SEASON discount code used within the 4.5 months prior to the season start date for program purchase:
The season start date is defined as the date the specific season for that particular course starts or opens, and is the date the program first becomes available to the public for that season, and is determined by Mindworks Corporation. If Notice is received by Mindworks Corporation prior to the season start date, all monies paid will be refunded minus a $50 fee for the electronic flash cards provided to earlybird and pre-season registrants; the fee for the cards is non-refundable. The account for the electronic flash cards will not be terminated at time of program cancellation, and will survive for 6 months from the time of its activation. If Notice is received by Mindworks Corporation prior to the season start date AND prior to the electronic flash cards login credentials email send date, all monies paid for the program will be refunded. Cancellations for these types of purchases (purchases up to 4.5 months in advance of the season start date using the earlybird or pre-season discount) for which notice is received prior to the season start date are not subject to the 21 day cancellation limitation, as noted above, for requested cancellations. Cancellations received on or after the season start date will be subject to the rules above for program cancellations (and will be subject to the 21 day limitation rule, as noted above). Please see the cancellation policy above for the specific program for which cancellation is sought.
For future season programs purchased and paid for in full at least 5 months in advance of the season start date via any special offer provided at least 6 months prior to the season start date:
The season start date is defined as the date the specific season for that particular course starts or opens, and is the date the program first becomes available to the public for that season, and is determined by Mindworks Corporation. If Notice is received by Mindworks Corporation prior to the season start date, all monies paid will be refunded minus a $75 cancellation fee. Cancellations for these types of purchases (purchases 5 or more months in advance of the season start date) for which notice is received prior to the season start date are not subject to the 21 day limitation, as noted above, for requested cancellations. Cancellations received on or after the season start date will be subject to the rules above for program cancellations (and will be subject to the 21 day limitation rule, as noted above). .
ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS
Itinerary, Location, and Schedule Changes: Although every effort will be made to keep itineraries, schedules, and locations as they have been advertised, Mindworks Corporation reserves the right to substitute itineraries, locations, or schedules due to conditions beyond its control. In such cases, we will do everything we can to make sure the locations, itineraries, and schedules are similar to the ones already planned. Any changes to itineraries, schedules, or locations will not result in eligibility for a refund.
Cancellation of Courses: Mindworks Corporation reserves the right to cancel, advance, or postpone any course or program if the minimum number of participants (20 persons) is not met, or for safety reasons, or for reasons and occurrences beyond its control. Mindworks Corporation shall not be liable for any loss to you by reason of any such cancellation, advancement, or postponement. In the event of cancellation by Mindworks Corporation, your sole right of recourse shall be to obtain a refund of monies paid to Mindworks Corporation (Boards Boot Camp) in connection with such course minus any service, benefits, or materials already received in connection with said course.
Cancellation of Services: While every attempt to maintain continued provision of purchased services will be made, Mindworks Corporation reserves the right to cancel or modify any service and may, but is not obligated to, substitute other similar services. Mindworks Corporation will not be liable for any loss to you by reason of any such cancellation. In the event of cancellation by Mindworks Corporation, your sole right of recourse shall be to obtain a refund of monies paid to Mindworks Corporation (Boards Boot Camp) in connection with that service, but shall be limited to solely that part of the services that was not provided.
Duration of Courses and Services: Course and service access is provided and, therefore, starts on the day an email is sent to the customer wherein login details are provided. Access duration, hereby known as subscription period, is for the length of time specified on the website at the time of the registration, unless otherwise specified in written correspondence or dictated by school contract. Extensions to programs (or services, if purchased originally in a la carte fashion) for use of programs (or services purchased a la carte) beyond their advertised subscription period may be purchased, but may only be purchased and used up to the one year anniversary of one's registration date. Extension fess are not refundable. Extension requests tendered after the subscription period has expired will be subject to a re-activation fee, in addition to the extension fee. For instance, if one has 6 month access to one's program, and those 6 months have expired, but an extension is requested after that 6 month point, a re-activation fee, in addition to the extension fee, will be assessed. Extension requests for time beyond the one-year anniversary will not be processed, offered, or availed; extensions are not available beyond the one-year anniversary of the course or service registration date. All programs and services, even with extensions, MUST be used within the one-year anniversary of their registration date; no courses or services will be availed beyond the one-year anniversary of their registration date.
Placing Courses and Services on Hold: Customers who are not able to make use of their program or service during the subscription period, as advertised for that course or service at the time of registration, may place that course or service on hold in order to retain subscription time while not using the program or service. The processing fee for an on-hold request is $100. To place a course or service on hold, a written request must be submitted. Within 48 hours of receipt, Mindworks Corporation will acquire the necessary information to charge the processing fee to the customer. Mindworks Corporation reserves the right to deny any on hold request. When and if processed, the on-hold status becomes effective the date a confirmation email is sent to the customer regarding the on-hold status of the program or service. When the customer wishes to utilize the course or service, written notification must be provided to take the course or service off of "on-hold" status; the program or service in question will be re-availed to the customer within 1 day of receipt of that written request. There is no fee for taking the course off of its "on-hold" status. Customers who place a course or service on hold MUST re-activate and use it prior to the one-year anniversary of their registration; use will be limited to that time still remaining on their subscription period (remaining time equals the program subscription period minus the subscription time that expired prior to confirmed on-hold status), but shall not exceed a period of time that extends beyond the one-year anniversary of their registration. If the subscription period ends prior to the registration one-year anniversary, students will be offered extension opportunities, for a fee. Ability to access, extend, or otherwise use the program or service will fully expire on the one-year anniversary of the registration date, regardless of the subscription period of that program or service.
All programs and services, with or without holds placed on them, with or without extensions, MUST be used within the one-year anniversary of their registration date; no courses or services will be availed beyond the one-year anniversary of their registration date.
LEGAL NOTES
Responsibility and Waiver: The responsibility of Mindworks Corporation (Boards Boot Camp) is strictly limited. Mindworks Corporation promotes, sells, and provides boards preparation programs and services. Mindworks Corporation makes no warranties or representations concerning Vendors and Hotels/Banquet Facilities used for Boards Boot Camp programs and services. Mindworks Corporation will not be liable for any acts or omissions of any Vendor or Hotel/Banquet Facility including, without limitation, those involving book and study material delays or damage, re-routings, schedule changes, cancellations, property damage, equipment or service failures, accidents, death or injury to persons regardless of cause. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, the liabilities and obligations of the Vendors and Hotels/Banquet Facilities to you, and your rights against the Vendor and Hotel/Banquet Facilities, are subject to any and all terms and conditions of all contracts in place and any and all governmental laws and regulations bearing upon or otherwise relating to such rights, liabilities and obligations, including without limitation, choice of law, jurisdiction of disputes, limitation of liability and limitations on the time to file claims. Mindworks makes no representations or warranties about medical licensure exam performance. All course, program, and service offerings, fees and tuitions, sites and locations, dates and policies are subject to change without notice. Mindworks Corporation is not responsible for any liabilities associated with changes that occur. Lectures and presentations of any sort provided with your courses are the property of Mindworks Corporation and are only for your exclusive personal use. Any reproduction, including but not limited to audio, visual, or electronic reproduction, of any lecture, presentation, or materials is not permissible and may result in termination of your enrollment and/or legal action. Resale of any materials or resale of any reproduced lectures, presentation, or materials is not permissible and may result in termination of your enrollment and/or legal action.
Omissions: Mindworks Corporation (Boards Boot Camp) is not responsible for omissions, printing and/or presentation errors in brochures, on Internet sites or in any other media where such information may be presented; we reserve the right to make corrections as required.
Agreement: The payment of a deposit or payment in full shall be deemed your consent to and acceptance of the terms and conditions as presented herein and as presented on our website. It is specifically agreed that this agreement is entered into Bucks County, Pennsylvania, and that in the event any legal or equitable action is initiated concerning the interpretation, enforcement, or breach of any term, obligation, or duty as contained or related to these terms and conditions it is specifically agreed that the exclusive venue of such action shall be solely in Bucks County Court, Pennsylvania.
Time of Printing: The Terms and Conditions listed are those in effect at the time of printing and remain in effect until replaced.
