Thanks for using Boards Boot Camp programs and services. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy our phenomenally successful boards prep programs! We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and registering for our programs and services.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions with Boards Boot Camp. We’ll be as brief as our lawyers will permit. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a registration for Boards Boot Camp programs (Mindworks Corporation), you agree to the terms set forth below along with Boards Boot Camp’s Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

 

Cancellations and Refunds

 

We thoroughly believe you will be delighted with the services you purchase from Boards Boot Camp and, ultimately, very pleased with the results after you complete the program. Thousands of students have met with terrific success with Boards Boot Camp, and we want that for you as well! That’s why we go out of our way to ensure that each program is designed and constructed to be just what you need. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, let's review facts and terms related to getting refund. All cancellations and refunds are subject to the  "Cancellation Policy" in the Terms and Conditions to which you agreed at the time of your registration.

Let's review some info first, and then we will review the Cancellation Policy:

While we are here to help, and the whole reason we exist is to genuinely help students conquer boards, please remember that the services we provide to you, regardless of whether you use them or not, cost us money. Like for any vendor, your credit card charges large fees to us (yes, on top of the interest you pay to them) when it is used to purchase our services - we don't get that back when you cancel (and we have to pay again to have the refund processed!). We incur costs by purchasing bandwidth in bulk, based on registrations for that period of time (bandwidth is needed for the internet to be used in association with online services) - a cost that is non-refundable, and based on projected use (so we pay, regardless of whether you use it or not). Every online account you set-up requires set-up that then requires management, monitoring, tracking, and processing. We cannot get that money back.

So, please understand that our cancellation fees are there only to cover our costs. Of course, it is our hope that you stay in the program - because we know that our programs are your best shot at boards success- we know that! But, if you want to cancel, please respect the fact that there is a limited time to get a refund (because of the way costs are incurred to us), and that the refunds are modified by cancellation fees we must charge to recoup what your registration in the program has already cost us. It's that simple. So, cancellation fees are a difficult part of doing business (with any company); but they are necessary to cover costs already incurred. So, please don't get nasty about it . . .it's not fair ...and it’s not nice. We will make sure you get refunded all that can be refunded under the cancellation policy provisions.
